Cardio Group Session FAQs

Timeframe? Total time out of the home up to 3 - 4 hours.

Transportation? We pick up and drop off your dog with our new Doggie Van. We use a combination of tethers, car seats and dividers to transport the pack to ensure their safety in the van.

How Long? 90 mins of playtime with their pack!

Where? We rotate use of private fully enclosed backyards.

Is it Safe? Yes, we closely monitor pack play and are insured for any accidents. Our insurance covers transportation and playtime.

Activities? Fetch, Kiddie Pools, Flirt Poles, Ball Launchers,
& Various Confidence Building Activities. -
Treats? Pre-approved treats used only and unlimited pets/cuddles

Updates? We use an app for check in and check out procedures. During the day you will get pictures/videos updates of your pup. Once they're home, you'll get a email report card via our app.

Fees/Additional Charges
Fees/additional charges are anything that arises during the grooming process that requires extra care and attention.

Mat Removal $10 & up
Charges range depending on the severity of the matting. Mat removal is an additional charge because it takes extra time, extra skill to remove the mats safely, and it puts extra wear and tear on our blades/equipment.

Special Handling$10 & up
This category ranges from a wiggly dog that needs an additional pair of hands to groom, any dogs who are elderly or have hip or knee problems that require some extra care, dogs who need help standing and anything that requires 2 people to get the dog done. Prices vary on how much extra handling it requires.
